Verify communication with Call Culture LLC.

Verified Communication PolicyEvery message, link, and document we send originates from a small set of official channels. If a conversation does not begin in one of those channels, it does not begin with us. Use this policy to verify the source of any communication you believe to be from Call Culture — and to report anything that suggests otherwise.

Official communication channels.

Call Culture LLC communicates exclusively through three verified surfaces. Anything that arrives outside of these — regardless of how convincing it looks — should be treated as unverified until you can confirm it through one of them.

    Send payment requests through personal apps

    No invoice, deposit, or fee will ever be requested through Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal Friends & Family, gift cards, or wire to a personal account.

    Ask for sensitive information through social media

    We will not request passwords, government identification, banking credentials, or one-time codes through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, or any DM channel.

    Offer jobs through unverified profiles

    Any role at Call Culture is communicated by a named recruiter from our verified email domain — never by an unfamiliar profile, recruiter handle, or direct message.

    Communicate only through messaging apps

    WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, and SMS are not stand-alone channels for engagement. Genuine engagement is always anchored to email correspondence on our domain.

    Claim "Sales Associate" roles without verification

    We do not employ door-to-door, cold-DM, or "Sales Associate" representatives. Any such claim should be verified directly with us before any further conversation.

How to verify a message.

A four-step procedure used by our own team. Apply it to any message — email, call, social, or text — that claims to come from Call Culture LLC.

Pause

Treat urgency as a signal, not an instruction. Genuine messages from Call Culture do not pressure you to act inside a few minutes.

Step 02

Check the source

Confirm the sender domain ends in @callculturellc.com. Hover any link before clicking and confirm it points to our verified domain.

Step 03

Contact us directly

Reach Call Culture through the contact details on our official website — not through any number, link, or address provided in the message in question.

Step 04

Report it

Forward the message to trust@callculturellc.com with the original headers intact, then delete the original. We acknowledge every report.

Section 05 — Take action

Report suspicious activity.

If a message, profile, or request claiming to come from Call Culture LLC does not align with this policy, we want to know. Reporting helps us protect every client and candidate who has trusted us with their attention.
